Using a descriptive–analytical method, this study examines the factors that facilitate the construction of Islamic civilization, the challenges encountered in this process, and the trajectory of its development from the era of Madinat al-Nabi (the City of the Prophet) to the present day. The findings indicate that the nascent Islamic society, under the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and inspired by the teachings of Surah Al-Baqarah, initially focused on establishing political relations, concluding peace treaties, and formulating foundational legal frameworks. Subsequently, through strategies such as forgiveness, enlightenment, and confronting doubts, misconceptions, and hypocrites, it managed its interactions with opponents and adversaries. In the financial and economic sphere, significant measures were undertaken, including identifying economic capacities, expanding commercial relations, establishing new marketplaces, promoting economic jihad, combating consumerism, supporting production, and alleviating poverty. Throughout this process, persistent challenges such as hostility and opposition, cultural and political misinformation campaigns, economic sanctions, and financial corruption emerged, yet these were addressed through appropriate and effective measures. The study concludes that by understanding the historical trajectory of Islamic societal development and by updating the Islamic teachings manifested in Surah Al-Baqarah, it is possible to employ successful historical methods and strategies in order to achieve the ultimate objective of Islamic society-building in the contemporary era. ساماندهی جامعه اسلامی طراز، مبتنی بر اصول اخلاقی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی اسلام، به بسترسازی، استفاده از روش‌های مؤثر، و غلبه بر چالش‌ها و موانع پیش‌رو نیاز دارد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، به بررسی عوامل زمینه‌ساز ساخت تمدن اسلامی، چالش‌های موجود، و سیر تحولات آن از زمان مدینةالنبی (ص) تا به امروز می‌پردازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که جامعه اسلامی نوپا، تحت هدایت پیامبر (ص) و با الهام از آموزه‌های سوره بقره، ابتدا بر ایجاد روابط سیاسی، انعقاد پیمان‌های صلح، و تدوین قوانین اولیه تمرکز داشته است. سپس، با راهکارهایی نظیر عفو، روشنگری، و مقابله با شبهات و منافقین، تعامل با مخالفان را مدیریت کرده است. در بُعد مالی و اقتصادی نیز، اقدامات مهمی شامل شناسایی ظرفیت‌های مالی، توسعه مناسبات تجاری، ایجاد بازارهای نوین، جهاد اقتصادی، مقابله با مصرف‌گرایی، حمایت از تولید و رفع فقر صورت گرفته است. در طول این مسیر، همواره چالش‌هایی مانند مخالفت‌ها و دشمنی‌ها، شبهه‌افکنی‌های فرهنگی و سیاسی، تحریم‌های اقتصادی و فساد مالی وجود داشته که با تدابیر مناسب برطرف شده‌اند. این پژوهش نتیجه می‌گیرد که با درک سیر تحولات تاریخی و به‌روزرسانی آموزه‌های اسلامی متجلی در سوره بقره، می‌توان از روش‌ها و راهکارهای موفق گذشته برای دستیابی به هدف نهایی جامعه‌سازی اسلامی در عصر حاضر بهره برد.
