Journal Article 1405 02 08 <p>This article aims to analyze the managerial strategies employed by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in responding to crises arising from war and bereavement, focusing on two principal dimensions of post-crisis societal reconstruction. Using qualitative content analysis within a descriptive–analytical framework, the study examines primary Islamic sources and historical texts related to the Prophetic period in order to identify and categorize the Prophet’s managerial strategies. The findings indicate that the Prophet’s (PBUH) approach extended beyond merely palliative measures and developed into a form of structural and systematic management. He ensured societal resilience through two principal mechanisms: first, the management of emotions and psychological cohesion through redefining the meaning of martyrdom and regulating the hierarchy and processes of mourning; and second, the management of the social structure and restoration of livelihood security through legal reforms, a transition from traditional conceptions of justice toward distributive justice, and the institutionalization of socioeconomic support mechanisms. The study demonstrates that the intersection of psychological support and structural reforms constituted the central mechanism for facilitating the transition from crisis conditions to social stability and sustainability.</p> <p>این مقاله با هدفِ تحلیلِ راهبردهایِ مدیریتیِ پیامبر اکرم (ص) در مواجهه با بحران‌هایِ ناشی از جنگ و فقدان، به بررسیِ دو لایه‌یِ اصلیِ بازسازیِ جامعه پس از بحران می‌پردازد. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روشِ «تحلیلِ محتوایِ کیفی» و با رویکردی «توصیفی-تحلیلی»، بر رویِ منابعِ اصلیِ اسلامی و متونِ تاریخیِ مرتبط با دورانِ رسالت، استراتژی‌هایِ مدیریتیِ ایشان را استخراج و دسته‌بندی کرده است.  یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که مدیریتِ پیامبر (ص) از یک رویکردِ صرفاً «تسکینی» فراتر رفته و به یک «مدیریتِ ساختاری و نظام‌مند» تبدیل شده است. ایشان با استفاده از دو محورِ اصلی، پایداریِ جامعه را تضمین کردند: نخست، «مدیریتِ عواطف و انسجامِ روانی» از طریقِ بازتعریفِ معنایِ شهادت و مدیریتِ سلسله‌مراتبِ سوگ؛ و دوم، «مدیریتِ ساختارِ اجتماعی و بازسازیِ امنیتِ زیستی» از طریقِ اصلاحِ قوانینِ حقوقی، گذار از عدالتِ سنتی به عدالتِ توزیعی، و نهادسازیِ حمایت‌هایِ معیشتی. این مطالعه اثبات می‌کند که تلاقیِ «حمایت‌هایِ روانی» و «اصلاحاتِ ساختاری»، کلیدِ اصلیِ گذار از وضعیتِ بحران به وضعیتِ ثبات و پایداریِ اجتماعی است.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/256/177
