This qualitative research employed thematic analysis to explore the discourse of virtue in ethical traditions. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 21 participants, including university professors, seminary scholars, and researchers in Islamic ethics in Tehran. Participants were selected purposively, and interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Transcriptions of interviews were coded and analyzed using NVivo 12. The analysis process included open coding, thematic categorization, theme extraction, and validation. The findings revealed three main themes: (1) Conceptual foundations of virtue (definition, types, origins, and relation to piety), (2) Action-based structures of virtue discourse (intention, internalization mechanisms, intrinsic motivation, and role models), and (3) Individual and social consequences of virtue discourse (spiritual growth, justice, and epistemological coherence). Ethical narratives employ metaphorical and symbolic language to foster internalization of virtue. The virtue discourse in Islamic ethical traditions is multilayered, operating through moral models, intention-centered action, and pedagogical mechanisms. It serves as a comprehensive moral framework for fostering individual character and social reform and can guide the development of value-based educational programs in Islamic societies.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عناصر گفتمان فضیلت در روایات اخلاقی اسلامی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و بر پایه دیدگاه‌های متخصصان دینی و اخلاقی است. این مطالعه به‌صورت کیفی و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۱ نفر از اساتید دانشگاه، حوزویان و پژوهشگران حوزه اخلاق اسلامی در شهر تهران جمع‌آوری گردید. مشارکت‌کنندگان به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. متن مصاحبه‌ها به‌طور کامل پیاده‌سازی شده و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo نسخه 12 تحلیل گردید. مراحل تحلیل شامل کدگذاری باز، طبقه‌بندی مفاهیم، استخراج مضامین و اعتبارسنجی نتایج بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که گفتمان فضیلت در روایات اخلاقی شامل سه مقوله اصلی است: ۱) بنیادهای مفهومی فضیلت (تعریف، انواع، منشأ و رابطه با تقوا)، ۲) ساختارهای کنشی گفتمان فضیلت (نیت، درونی‌سازی، انگیزش و الگوهای عملی) و ۳) پیامدهای فردی و اجتماعی گفتمان فضیلت (رشد شخصیت، عدالت اجتماعی، انسجام معرفتی). روایات با بهره‌گیری از زبان استعاری، تمثیلی و تربیتی، درونی‌سازی فضیلت را تسهیل می‌کنند.گفتمان فضیلت در متون روایی اسلامی، ساختاری چندلایه دارد که از طریق الگوهای معنوی، نیت‌محوری، و پیامدهای تربیتی و اجتماعی، زمینه‌ساز کنش اخلاقی می‌شود. این گفتمان می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی برنامه‌های تربیتی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های اسلامی در نظام آموزش و فرهنگ کشور باشد.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/28/25
