This qualitative study employed thematic analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 clerics working in culturally diverse areas of Tehran. Participants were selected purposefully and interviewed until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data were analyzed using NVivo software through open, axial, and selective coding stages. The analysis revealed three main themes: “moral self-awareness in the face of cultural differences,” “communication skills in intercultural interactions,” and “practical strategies for ethical empowerment.” Subthemes included religious reinterpretation, intercultural empathy, institutional support, continuous training, and emulation of prophetic conduct. Participant quotations emphasized the critical role of field experience and reflective practices in enhancing ethical capacity. The findings suggest that ethical empowerment in clerics confronting cultural diversity requires a multifaceted approach, including personal reflection, intercultural skills development, and institutional backing. These insights may inform educational design and policy planning for religious organizations.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی راهبردهای توانمندسازی اخلاقی روحانیون در مواجهه با تنوع فرهنگی با تأکید بر تجارب زیسته آنان در بافت‌های متنوع اجتماعی است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۵ نفر از روحانیون فعال در مناطق فرهنگی متنوع شهر تهران گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo و از طریق مراحل کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج سه مقوله اصلی شامل: «خودآگاهی اخلاقی در مواجهه با تفاوت فرهنگی»، «مهارت‌های ارتباطی در تعامل با فرهنگ‌های مختلف» و «راهبردهای عملی توانمندسازی اخلاقی» شد. هر مقوله دارای زیرمقوله‌هایی همچون بازاندیشی در باورهای دینی، همدلی میان‌فرهنگی، نهادسازی حمایتی، آموزش مستمر، و الگوبرداری از سیره نبوی بود. نقل‌قول‌های مشارکت‌کنندگان نشان داد که تجربه‌های میدانی و بازتاب درونی نقش مهمی در ارتقای توان اخلاقی دارند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که توانمندسازی اخلاقی روحانیون در بستر تنوع فرهنگی، نیازمند رویکردی ترکیبی از بازنگری فردی، توسعه مهارت‌های میان‌فرهنگی و حمایت نهادی است. نتایج می‌تواند در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی نهادهای دینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/33/30
