A qualitative design with thematic analysis was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 19 Muslim cultural activists in Tehran, selected purposively until theoretical saturation. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software based on Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis method. The study identified three main themes: lived spiritual experience, moral commitment in practice, and the intersection of spirituality and ethics within the cultural context. Participants emphasized divine presence, continuous worship, transformative experiences, and inner inspiration as key spiritual dimensions. Honesty, justice, commitment, humility, and moral courage were primary ethical facets. The reciprocal relationship between spirituality and ethics was highlighted through inner reform, ethical confrontation with challenges, and strengthening collective ethics. The findings indicate that spiritual experience plays a crucial role in shaping and reinforcing moral commitment among Muslim cultural activists, and this relationship is contextualized within religious and cultural frameworks through psychological and social processes. These insights contribute to theoretical development and practical enhancement of religious cultural activities.</p> <p>این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل کیفی رابطه تجربه معنوی و پایبندی اخلاقی در میان فعالان فرهنگی مسلمان انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون بود. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۹ فعال فرهنگی مسلمان در تهران جمع‌آوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo و براساس روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش سه مقوله اصلی را نشان داد: تجربه معنوی زیسته، پایبندی اخلاقی در عمل، و پیوند معنویت و اخلاق در بستر فرهنگی. مشارکت‌کنندگان حضور الهی، عبادت مستمر، تجربه‌های تحول‌آفرین و الهام درونی را از ابعاد مهم تجربه معنوی عنوان کردند. پایبندی به صداقت، عدالت، تعهد، تواضع و شجاعت اخلاقی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد اخلاقی گزارش شده بود. همچنین ارتباط متقابل معنویت و اخلاق در چارچوب فرهنگی، اصلاح درونی، مواجهه اخلاقی با چالش‌ها و تقویت اخلاق جمعی مورد تأکید قرار گرفت. این مطالعه نشان داد که تجربه معنوی نقش کلیدی در شکل‌گیری و تقویت پایبندی اخلاقی فعالان فرهنگی مسلمان دارد و این رابطه در بستر فرهنگی و دینی، از طریق فرآیندهای روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی معنا می‌یابد. یافته‌ها می‌تواند به توسعه نظری و بهبود فعالیت‌های فرهنگی دینی کمک کند.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/54/41
