This research employed a qualitative approach using thematic analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 participants including religious educators, learners, and practitioners of informal religious education in Tehran. Participants were selected through purposive sampling with experiential diversity, and data collection continued until theoretical saturation. Thematic coding (open, axial, and selective) was performed using NVivo software. Analysis revealed three main categories: "interpersonal and relational factors," "contextual and environmental structures," and "intrapersonal elements of the learner." These included 15 subcategories and over 60 open codes. Key influencing factors included face-to-face interaction, the personal character of educators, learners’ lived experiences, informal settings, cultural congruence, and psychological readiness. Effective internalization of moral values requires deep human interaction, meaningful educational contexts, and cognitive-affective readiness among learners. Informal religious education, when aligned with cultural and relational elements, can play a vital role in embedding moral values.</p> <p>هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر درونی‌سازی ارزش‌های اخلاقی در آموزش غیررسمی دینی و تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با این فرایند در بستر فرهنگی ایران است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از مربیان، متربیان و فعالان حوزه آموزش دینی در شهر تهران گردآوری شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به صورت هدفمند و با تنوع تجربی انتخاب شدند و فرایند جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار Nvivo و کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری و گزینشی) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی سه مقوله اصلی شامل «عوامل ارتباطی و انسانی»، «ساختارهای زمینه‌ای و محیطی» و «مؤلفه‌های درونی فرد متربی» منجر شد. در ذیل این مقوله‌ها، ۱۵ زیرمقوله و بیش از ۶۰ کد مفهومی استخراج شد. تعامل چهره‌به‌چهره، شخصیت مربی، تجربه‌های زیسته، فضای غیررسمی، پیوست فرهنگی و آمادگی روانی از جمله مؤثرترین عوامل در فرایند درونی‌سازی شناخته شدند. درونی‌سازی موفق ارزش‌های اخلاقی نیازمند تعامل انسانی عمیق، محیط تربیتی معنادار و آمادگی شناختی-عاطفی در متربیان است. آموزش غیررسمی دینی، در صورت بهره‌گیری از عناصر فرهنگی و ارتباطی مناسب، می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در تثبیت ارزش‌های اخلاقی ایفا کند.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/57/43
