This study examines Ayatollah Subḥānī’s approach to fiqh al-ḥadīth using a descriptive–analytical and library-based method. Ayatollah Subḥānī endorses the method of some early scholars regarding the critique of hadith content and proposes five general criteria—the Qur’an, the Sunnah, reason, history, and the consensus of Muslims—as standards for evaluating the chains of transmission of narrations. Based on these criteria, he subjects to critique certain narrations well known among Sunnis that have been reported by prominent transmitters. This method can resolve conflicting and anomalous reports and facilitate the identification of authentic narrations.</p> <p>نقد الحدیث به منظور بررسی صحت محتوای روایت یکی از علوم حدیثی مهم برای فهم حدیت است. این تحقیق به مطالعه‌ی رویکرد فقه الحدیثی آیت الله سبحانی با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و کتابخانه‌ی پرداخته است. آیت الله سبحانی بر روش برخی علمای سلف در زمینه‌ی نقد محتوای روایات صحه گذاشته و پنج ملاک کلی قرآن، سنت، عقل، تاریخ و اجماع مسلمین را به عنوان معیارهایی برای بررسی سند روایات پیشنهاد می‌دهد. ایشان با توجه به این ملاک‌ها برخی روایات مشهور نزد اهل سنت که توسط راویان مطرح بیان شده را مورد نقد قرار داده است. این روش می‌تواند اخبار و روایات متعارض و شاذ را تعیین تکلیف کند و تشخیص روایات صحیح را تسهیل گرداند.</p> https://www.journalspe.com/index.php/spe/article/download/70/50
